You don&#039;t like shrimp? Or lobster? Unfortunately, I am not a big fish fan. I can choke it down if it&#039;s wrapped in seaweed and rice but it has to be the cooked variety. I depend on supplements for my Omega3&#039;s, although I do eat eggs on occasion. I wonder why eggs aren&#039;t on the list??? Maybe that&#039;s number 7...:)</description>
